A: No, you don’t have to be present. We can coordinate building access via a lockbox, doorman, or another method that works for you. We communicate clearly and securely every step of the way.
A: We bring all necessary cleaning supplies unless you prefer we use your own. Eco-friendly products are available upon request—just let us know your preferences! Please note: we are not responsible for any allergic reactions to our cleaning products, so if you have any allergies or sensitivities please let us know and we’ll figure out the best cleaning product for your needs.
A: Our cleaners use client-provided vacuums when needed. If you don’t have one available, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
A: While we strive to provide consistency, schedules sometimes require flexibility. We keep detailed notes to ensure the quality and preferences are maintained across visits.
A: Absolutely! We tailor our service to your needs. You can provide instructions before or during your cleaning, and we keep notes to maintain consistency.
A: No special preparation is necessary! However, if you have specific areas you want us to focus on or avoid, please let us know. We recommend securing valuables and fragile items for your peace of mind.
A: Yes. We follow all recommended health and safety protocols, including wearing masks and sanitizing equipment. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.
A: Booking or rescheduling is easy—just text, email, or call us. We aim to be responsive and accommodating to your needs.
A: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees and to give other clients the opportunity to book your spot. We understand life happens, and we do our best to be flexible when possible.
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
A: Accidents are rare, but if anything is damaged, please contact us immediately. We have insurance and a claims process to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
